Returns and Exchanges


WE HAVE A 30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY. Many of our Items are one of one or require a consultation to create. Once an item is purchased or created we do not allow returns of the item that was custom made or a stock item that was purchased however we may accept exchanges for those items within the 30 days. We appreciate your purchases and have a lifetime upgrade policy/service policy for GIA certified diamond rings (outlined below ). If you have any issue with a product you purchased please contact us via the chat or contact form and we will help you with your issue.

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via insured FedEx shipping , depending on the value it will either be 2-day or overnight shipping. Tracking number will be provided as soon as it is available. We offer FREE insured shipping within the USA. International shipments can be done but will have to be inquired about directly to ensure the best route. 

Watch buying/trading​

We do not guarantee any buying back/trade in credit on watches. We do not re sell watches for customers. If you would like to sell a watch you previously bought from us , you may inquire about if and what we might buy it for .. however this is not a program or a guarantee we offer to clients.

Lifetime Upgrade Policy

We offer a lifetime upgrade policy on any of our custom engagement ring set ups. If you purchased a custom engagement ring from us , you have the option in the future to trade in the center stone for a larger one. We will cover the full price of the original diamond and you only pay the difference. This ONLY applies to GIA certified natural diamonds.

Lifetime Service Policy

When you are a client with us , we will always be there should you need help with your purchase down the line. Wether you need a watch polished, a ring serviced , prongs tightened, missing accent diamond replaced or any other service related to your piece ... we can take care of it for you. For local we can pick up your piece and for non local we will send a shipping label and go from there. Contact us any time.

Deposits 

We can in some cases accept deposits to put items on hold. Deposit amount will depend on the total cost of the item. Deposit time will depend on the item and will be discussed. If the item is not paid in full by the time allotted you will lose your deposit and the item will go back on the market to sell.
